  • Email Marketing Hosting & SMTP Services: We offer robust email marketing hosting services, combined with dedicated and shared IP SMTP services for bulk email delivery. This includes custom IP warm-ups, detailed email analytics, and high deliverability rates.

  • Website Design Services:
    InboxingProHost offers professional website design and development services tailored to meet the specific needs of your business. We provide:

    • Custom Design: Creation of bespoke website layouts and user interfaces to match your brand identity.
    • Responsive Design: All websites are optimized to be mobile-friendly and adaptable across various devices.
    • SEO Optimization: Ensuring that your website is fully optimized for search engines to improve visibility.

3. Account Creation and Security
When you register for an account with InboxingProHost, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, and you must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

  • Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these terms is detected.

4. Payment and Billing
Payments for our services must be made in advance. Our website provides detailed pricing for hosting, SMTP, website design, and other services. You can choose between monthly or annual subscription plans, depending on your needs.

  • Payment Methods: We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Auto-renewal is available for subscription services to ensure continuous access to your services.

  • Refund Policy: InboxingProHost offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time users. Refunds are available only for hosting and email marketing services within the first 14 days of account activation. Website design services are non-refundable once development has started.

  • Late Payments: Failure to pay for services within the billing period may result in suspension or termination of your account. If the outstanding balance is not cleared within 30 days, we reserve the right to delete your account permanently.

5. Service Activation and Termination
Upon receiving your payment, service activation will occur immediately for hosting, email marketing, and SMTP services. Website design services will follow a structured timeline, including initial consultation, design phase, revisions, and final delivery.

  • Website Design Process:

    • Initial Consultation: A consultation with our design team will outline your specific needs, goals, and any custom features.
    • Design Phase: We will present initial design drafts for your approval before proceeding to development.
    • Revisions: Up to two rounds of revisions are included in our design packages. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
    • Final Delivery: Once approved, the final website design will be deployed to your domain.

  • Termination:

    • Customer Termination: You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us in writing. Refunds are not available after 14 days for hosting services and are non-refundable for website design once work has commenced.
    • InboxingProHost Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services without notice for breaches of these Terms and Conditions, including non-payment, misuse, or illegal activity.

6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized activities, including:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spamming).
  • Hosting illegal content, such as pirated software, pornography, or malicious software.
  • Using excessive server resources, which may disrupt services for other customers.

Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services, with or without notice. If a service you have subscribed to is significantly altered or discontinued, we will provide an alternative service or offer a pro-rata refund for any unused portions.

  • Planned Downtime: We may occasionally schedule maintenance that requires downtime. We will provide advance notice when possible, and we aim to minimize service disruption.

  • Website Design Ownership: Upon completion and payment for our website design services, you will have full ownership of the website. However, any proprietary tools or software used to build the site (such as custom CMS frameworks) may remain the property of InboxingProHost, unless otherwise agreed upon.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under UK jurisdiction. By agreeing to these terms, you submit to the courts in the UK for any claims or disputes that may arise.
