Refunds

The hosting plans are billed on a month to month basis and can be cancelled at any time, the annual plans are based on a rolling 12 month contract

We provide 2 support desks to contact us for any issues.

You can find a link in the footer of our websites for general support and in the client admin panel of the hosting account

If you want a refund, please contact us with your request using our support desk to ensure a speedy response and 100% of all refund requests within 14 days of the date of purchase will be honoured

We will process the refund back to the payment method used within 24 hours during normal business hours

Set up & Migration services

If you decide to cancel your plan because of a change of mind we do not provide any refunds for additional services provided, in the unlikely event of any issues connected to your service that cant be resolved, we will issue a full refund
