What happens Next

When you click to confirm your choice of plan you will be asked to provide a domain name to host your account.

You can use any domain you own; you can purchase a new domain in the check out process or if you choose any pre-paid plan, we include a premium domain registration.  We provide all the popular domain name extensions, and all our domain names include SSL and privacy policy

How do I get Access?

Once you make your payment, we automatically create the host plan, and we send your admin login access to the email used to create the account

Refund Policy

We include a 14-day refund period to put our hosting service to the test, if for any reason you are not delighted with the performance, simply open a support ticket and we will process your refund within 24 hours

Can I Upgrade

Yes, our plans are designed with upgrades in mind.  We want to ensure our customers are never paying for services or resources they are not using and don’t currently need but as soon your business begins to grow our services can grow with you and you can request an upgrade at any time

When you are ready to upgrade, we credit the remaining balance of the existing plan and deduct this from the new plan total so you can upgrade at any time without penalty

Free Domain

If your plan includes a free domain name this will be added to your account and the first 12 months fee will be included. Additional year renewals will be billed at the normal rate

If the host plan is cancelled during the first 14 days, the applicable registration fee will be deducted from any refund due

Set up Service

If you have our autoresponder app. We provide a complete set up service to connect the app to the host SMTP server

The set-up service includes,

Validating a DKIM, SPF and DMARC record

Connecting the delivery, bounce, and feedback server

Creating a successful test campaign and providing a full spam checker report

The cost of the set-up service is $30, and this can be added to your order in the check-out process
