Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between

[Inboxingprohost], a digital marketing company registered under the laws of

[Jurisdiction], with its principal place of business at [Address] ("Company"), and

[Affiliate Name], an individual/company duly registered under the laws of [Jurisdiction],

with its principal place of business at [Address] ("Affiliate").

Your Responsibilities:

a. The Affiliate shall actively promote Inboxingprohost's products and services through

various digital marketing channels.

b. The Affiliate shall adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including but not

limited to those related to spam, privacy, and consumer protection.

c. The Affiliate shall maintain accurate and up-to-date information regarding its

promotional activities and provide reports to Inboxingprohost upon request.

Affiliate Advertising:

a. The Affiliate shall use approved marketing materials provided by Inboxingprohost for

promotional purposes.

b. The Affiliate shall not engage in any misleading, deceptive, or unethical advertising

practices.

c. All advertising materials and content shall be subject to approval by Inboxingprohost

before use.

Affiliate Tracking Cookies:

a. Inboxingprohost shall provide the Affiliate with a unique tracking link or code to track

referrals.

b. The tracking cookies shall have a duration of 60 days from the initial click.

Affiliate Commissions:

a. Inboxingprohost shall pay the Affiliate a commission for each qualifying referral that

results in a sale or conversion.

b. The commission structure shall be as follows: 

40% commission on all qualifying products

Commission is paid on the net income received from each order and excludes any tax,

service charges or additional set up fees 

c. Only referrals made through the Affiliate's unique tracking link or code shall be

eligible for commissions.

d. If more than 1 affiliate has sent a visitor, the last click is the winner 

Commission Payments:

a. Commissions shall be paid on the 1st and 15th of each month for orders received 30

days prior, payments are made directly to the affiliate PayPal account 

b. Inboxingprohost reserves the right to withhold or adjust commission payments for

refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent activities.

c. The Affiliate shall be responsible for any taxes or fees associated with commission

payments.

Prohibition on Personal Purchases:

a. Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that the use of their affiliate link or code for personal purchases of Company's products or services is strictly prohibited.

b. Affiliate shall not use their affiliate link or code to make personal purchases or engage in any activities aimed at artificially inflating their own commission earnings.

Instant Ban and Loss of Commissions:

a. Any Affiliate found violating the prohibition on personal purchases, as outlined in Section 1, shall be subject to immediate termination from the affiliate program.

b. In addition to termination, any outstanding commissions earned by the Affiliate shall be forfeited and not eligible for payment.

Reporting Violations:

a. Affiliates are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this Amendment to Company's affiliate management team promptly.

b. Reports should include relevant evidence or documentation supporting the alleged violation.

Enforcement:

a. Company reserves the right to investigate any reports of violations and take appropriate action, including but not limited to banning the Affiliate from the program and withholding commissions.

b. Company's decision regarding violations and enforcement actions shall be final and binding.

Notification:

a. Company shall notify the Affiliate in writing of any enforcement actions taken as a result of violations of this Amendment.

b. Notification may be sent via email or other electronic communication methods provided by the Affiliate.

Monthly Performance Incentives

Earn an additional bonus based on the income generated each month

Revenue is the total amount of fees received in any calendar month

If any orders are cancelled or refunded before the bonus is paid, the amount of the

cancelled order will be deducted from the total of the income used to calculate the

bonus payment

$2000 - $50 Bonus

$3000 - $100 Bonus

$4000 - $150 Bonus

$5000 - $200 Bonus

Relationship of the Parties:

a. The relationship between Inboxingprohost and the Affiliate is that of independent

contractors.

b. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture,

agency, or employment relationship between the parties.

Account Termination:

a. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by

providing written notice to the other party.

b. Upon termination, all rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement shall

cease, except for those that, by their nature, should survive termination.

Limitations of Liability:

a. In no event shall either party be liable to the other party for any indirect,

consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this

Agreement.

b. Inboxingprohost's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total

commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate during the preceding 30 days.

Governing Law:

a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

United Kingdom.

b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved

through arbitration in England.

Entire Agreement:

a. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the

subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings,

whether written or oral.
