Affiliate Agreement <\/strong><\/p>\n

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between<\/p>\n

[Inboxingprohost], a digital marketing company registered under the laws of<\/p>\n

[Jurisdiction], with its principal place of business at [Address] (“Company”), and<\/p>\n

[Affiliate Name], an individual\/company duly registered under the laws of [Jurisdiction],<\/p>\n

with its principal place of business at [Address] (“Affiliate”).<\/p>\n

Your Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

a. The Affiliate shall actively promote Inboxingprohost’s products and services through<\/p>\n

various digital marketing channels.<\/p>\n

b. The Affiliate shall adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including but not<\/p>\n

limited to those related to spam, privacy, and consumer protection.<\/p>\n

c. The Affiliate shall maintain accurate and up-to-date information regarding its<\/p>\n

promotional activities and provide reports to Inboxingprohost upon request.<\/p>\n

Affiliate Advertising:<\/p>\n

a. The Affiliate shall use approved marketing materials provided by Inboxingprohost for<\/p>\n

promotional purposes.<\/p>\n

b. The Affiliate shall not engage in any misleading, deceptive, or unethical advertising<\/p>\n

practices.<\/p>\n

c. All advertising materials and content shall be subject to approval by Inboxingprohost<\/p>\n

before use.<\/p>\n

Affiliate Tracking Cookies:<\/p>\n

a. Inboxingprohost shall provide the Affiliate with a unique tracking link or code to track<\/p>\n

referrals.<\/p>\n

b. The tracking cookies shall have a duration of 60 days from the initial click.<\/p>\n

Affiliate Commissions:<\/p>\n

a. Inboxingprohost shall pay the Affiliate a commission for each qualifying referral that<\/p>\n

results in a sale or conversion.<\/p>\n

b. The commission structure shall be as follows: <\/p>\n

40% commission on all qualifying products<\/p>\n

Commission is paid on the net income received from each order and excludes any tax,<\/p>\n

service charges or additional set up fees <\/p>\n

c. Only referrals made through the Affiliate’s unique tracking link or code shall be<\/p>\n

eligible for commissions.<\/p>\n

d. If more than 1 affiliate has sent a visitor, the last click is the winner <\/p>\n

Commission Payments:<\/p>\n

a. Commissions shall be paid on the 1st and 15th of each month for orders received 30<\/p>\n

days prior, payments are made directly to the affiliate PayPal account <\/p>\n

b. Inboxingprohost reserves the right to withhold or adjust commission payments for<\/p>\n

refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent activities.<\/p>\n

c. The Affiliate shall be responsible for any taxes or fees associated with commission<\/p>\n

payments.<\/p>\n

Prohibition on Personal Purchases:<\/p>\n

a. Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that the use of their affiliate link or code for personal purchases of Company’s products or services is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n

b. Affiliate shall not use their affiliate link or code to make personal purchases or engage in any activities aimed at artificially inflating their own commission earnings.<\/p>\n

Instant Ban and Loss of Commissions:<\/p>\n

a. Any Affiliate found violating the prohibition on personal purchases, as outlined in Section 1, shall be subject to immediate termination from the affiliate program.<\/p>\n

b. In addition to termination, any outstanding commissions earned by the Affiliate shall be forfeited and not eligible for payment.<\/p>\n

Reporting Violations:<\/p>\n

a. Affiliates are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this Amendment to Company’s affiliate management team promptly.<\/p>\n

b. Reports should include relevant evidence or documentation supporting the alleged violation.<\/p>\n

Enforcement:<\/p>\n

a. Company reserves the right to investigate any reports of violations and take appropriate action, including but not limited to banning the Affiliate from the program and withholding commissions.<\/p>\n

b. Company’s decision regarding violations and enforcement actions shall be final and binding.<\/p>\n

Notification:<\/p>\n

a. Company shall notify the Affiliate in writing of any enforcement actions taken as a result of violations of this Amendment.<\/p>\n

b. Notification may be sent via email or other electronic communication methods provided by the Affiliate.<\/p>\n

Monthly Performance Incentives<\/p>\n

Earn an additional bonus based on the income generated each month<\/p>\n

Revenue is the total amount of fees received in any calendar month<\/p>\n

If any orders are cancelled or refunded before the bonus is paid, the amount of the<\/p>\n

cancelled order will be deducted from the total of the income used to calculate the<\/p>\n

bonus payment<\/p>\n

$2000 – $50 Bonus<\/p>\n

$3000 – $100 Bonus<\/p>\n

$4000 – $150 Bonus<\/p>\n

$5000 – $200 Bonus<\/p>\n

Relationship of the Parties:<\/p>\n

a. The relationship between Inboxingprohost and the Affiliate is that of independent<\/p>\n

contractors.<\/p>\n

b. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture,<\/p>\n

agency, or employment relationship between the parties.<\/p>\n

Account Termination:<\/p>\n

a. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by<\/p>\n

providing written notice to the other party.<\/p>\n

b. Upon termination, all rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement shall<\/p>\n

cease, except for those that, by their nature, should survive termination.<\/p>\n

Limitations of Liability:<\/p>\n

a. In no event shall either party be liable to the other party for any indirect,<\/p>\n

consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this<\/p>\n

Agreement.<\/p>\n

b. Inboxingprohost’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total<\/p>\n

commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate during the preceding 30 days.<\/p>\n

Governing Law:<\/p>\n

a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of<\/p>\n

United Kingdom.<\/p>\n

b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved<\/p>\n

through arbitration in England.<\/p>\n

Entire Agreement:<\/p>\n

a. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the<\/p>\n

subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings,<\/p>\n
